    Your Support Policy states you only provide Support via your Helpdesk ticket system, yet the link to the helpDesk in that document is dead. On your “Premium Support” page the “Contact Support” link is also dead.

    I have purchased the Marquee Theme and SportsPressPro Plugin, where is your official Premium Support Channel that I paid for?
    Where is the Support Channel for the Themes you sell?

    I have emailed presales, got an initial response from Roch Oliveira, then no help at all past that.
