Support CDN URL

    Hi,

    After having WebP Express issues again with CDN plugins I would like to ask one not-so-big feature that probably solves those conflicts permanently. What if you add setting for CDN URL/host and use it when making replacements in HTML?

    I think it will solve the issue of plugins ordering and CDN plugins permanently.
