Support by Developers is satisfactory.

I’ve contacted many times to developers for problems which i facing and he supported me every time but a little bit late because I’m not premium member and didn’t give any money.

So support is very good.
The main problem is with theme that if you are editing homepage then you have to follow only custimize section and there is limited widgets with which you can create homepage with them. If you think you create page with any other type such as page builder then its not possible.

This is restriction by theme that you have to follow his policy.
