Support Best Practices

Hi guys,
Just a quick set of rules to help keep things in order and get everyone answered, it’s all for your benefit (honestly):
1. I have a full time job as well as a house and home to keep in order and this is a side project of mine to give back to the WordPress community and you guys so please bare with me if I am slow at responding at times… I also maybe ill or on holiday (I wish!) or using the time to develop new features.
2. If I don’t recieve a response to my answers after 7 days then support requests will be marked as resolved. You can of course re-open these when you return but it helps me keep track of what needs my attention.
3. Please don’t ‘hijack’ other peoples, sticky or resolved support threads as your questions will be ignored. Please open your own support requests so I can keep track of everything.
4. Be nice, fun and fair – I am offering this for free after all! Also, if you like this plugin please consider a simple 5* review in return.
