    Yes, Still get the same issue. I have also tried to reply back using your support system: Freshdesk but something is wrong with it. Every time I create a ticket, it deletes it.

    Any way, I would like to try your plugin if you want to help me figure out why I keep getting a white screen. In theory, it seems like a nice plugin.

    Thanks for writing back to us.
    We have tested your scenario on our testing server but no such type of issue occurred at our end. Please try by Delete(go to Admin panel => Plugins => Documentor Lite => Delete), plugin once and again upload, then activate.

    If still problem persist then send us temporary admin access details of your site here. We will look into issue and try to fix it ASAP.
