SEO and Support problems

  • Free version is not good for any serious business as it does not let you edit meta title and description or let you work around the issue with shortcodes. For SEO you need to buy PRO and use shortcodes to embed views on pages.

    Customer support has very poor problem solving skills which makes trouble shooting low quality and slow.

    Best way to assist is to fix the bug related to meta title and description OR allow short-codes on free version. SEO is critical for online business and now you make people who want to do SEO pay to workaround your bugs.
