Support almost non existing

I would like to say how much I like this plugin because of its functionality and give the full five stars for it, but unfortunately I am confronted with some things that don’t work or stopped working after an update. The support seems to become more and more non existing. No replies or updates in the forum. Since this is a payed plugin we could expect at least some support if things don’t work …
