    Please verify the below steps for troubleshooting the issue:

    1. You have entered From Name & From Email in Support > Email Notifications > General Settings
    2. You have installed any SMTP plugin to send emails from the website. Please note, if you have not installed the SMTP plugin to send emails, the wp_mail() function does not guarantee you to deliver emails. There are many popular free SMTP plugins available on www.remarpro.com.
    3. Try sending test emails in the SMTP plugin to confirm emails are sending correctly.
    4. SupportCandy email notification recipients are correctly set for all notifications. Also, check the agent role of your agents at Support > Support Agents > Agents > Check the roles and add them as recipients.
    5. Also, check if you have applied conditions in the email notification template and if they are correct.
    6. Please install any email log plugin to verify whether the emails are sent correctly to all recipients.

    I hope this will resolve the issue. If not then please create a ticket on our support portal for further debugging.
