I base my reviews on two things with equal value. How does the plugin function and how responsive is the support and does the support team REALLY listen to your request. When I first installed the WordPress Leads plugin we did have some initial issues but the support team addressed the issues in less than 24 hours and actually listened to the issues instead of pawning the issues off on something else or running me through a preset script of responses. After we got the plugin working on our website it worked FLAWLESSLY. We use it to automatically convert new WordPress registrations into Salesforce Leads – this is going to save our Sales team countless hours of data entry. Very pleased and highly recommend.
