    We purchased the ALL Plugin Bundle. Not sure how we get the Priority One on One Support.

    We need some advice on how to implement the plugins to meet the client requirements

    We need to offer offer different shipping options by different product categories, classes and zones [we’d be interested to have you advise us on the best approach to solve the client problem, but here is the information]
    examples:
    Category A = Free shipping in the US and Canada + Calculate shipping (fedex rates) to overseas countries such as UK, India and South Africa
    Category B = Flat Rate Shipping in the US [no other options]
    Category C = Calculate Shipping in the US [UPS Ground]
    Product A [in category A] = Free shipping in US and Canada + Calculate shipping for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day
    Please advise us to get it started the support documents aren’t helpful.
