    I have spent several hours going through several of the posts on this support forum.

    I have done the following:

    • Disabled All plugins except woo-commerce and sub-accounts
    • Changed the Theme

    During all of this, I have determined a few things. I am using Cloudflare, and every time I try to click on links in the emails I get after purchasing, I get the exact same error as when I go to either of these locations.

    Contact page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-contact

    Add-Ons page: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-addons

    Unfortunatly, I my client has to use Cloudflare. I am willing to help you diagnose this issue further, as I need this plugin to work.

    Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed tests reported.

    What version of PHP are you using on your site? Also, is your site part of a WordPress Multisite installation?

    I am using Cloudflare, and every time I try to click on links in the emails I get after purchasing, I get the exact same error as when I go to either of these locations.

    Just out of curiosity, what type of email and links are you referring to? Maybe links contained in WooCommerce order emails?

    This site is not involved in a multi site installation.

    I am talking about the order emails {email removed} when I clicked on the verify email, it took me to an error page on my website. It also did for the download link in the second email.

    Hi @promoriver

    Just to make sure that CloudFlare is involved in this issue, could you please try to temporarily disable CloudFlare on your site and let us know if that way the Contact and Add-Ons pages are reachable and their content is properly displayed?

    Yes I can… Here is the steps I took.

    1. Disabled Cloudflare Proxy
    2. Purged Cache on Cloudflare, and Browser & Verified accessing it directly without tunneling/Proxies.
    3. Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce, and Subaccounts for WooCommerce and Subaccounts for WooCommerce Pro
    4. Checked Plugin.. via URL’s mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-contact and mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=subaccounts-addons still not working.
    5. Changed them to alternate & Retested… still not working. I get the same errors from each location.
    6. Deleted Plugin, and re uploaded. Updated Plugin to the latest version.

    After completing this in the last 15 minutes or so. I still get the same error. Let me know if you have any other ideas. I can spin up another wp instance that isn’t using Cloudflare, and try it again if you think there would be a difference.

    If you could create a staging site for us (without CloudFlare) we’ll take a closer look at this issue. Plaese send the WordPress and FTP credentials via email.

    I look forward to receiving your site credentials.

    Ok,

    So I was able to get this up and running, but it was a bunch of doing. I had to completely reinstall WordPress, drop the database, create a new one, and I am currently slowly installing the rest of my plugins, to see if any of them are why it wasn’t working.
