Superb Support, Went Above and Beyond

I purchased the 3rd party pack because I wanted to broadcast events from Event Manager. There was an issue of the locations not being broadcast correctly (it was actually an Event Manager problem and not a ThreeWP Broadcast problem) but Edward still spent countless hours trying to correct the issue. I eventually decided to switch to another event plugin and it had a similar issue, again not a ThreeWP Broadcast problem. Edward still went out of his way and fixed the issue for me!! I could not be happier with the service I was provided. I would buy any product from them knowing they have this kind of support and patience. Thanks again!!!
