Superb support

I installed the free version then found I wanted the features of Pro. I felt there was a small discrepancy in the way the tooltip hover worked, so I submitted a help ticket and the developer himself responded. He said the feature was working as designed, but he coded-in my request right away and added it into the next release. Outstanding service. Also, the tool is great, too!
