Superb Plugin with Superb Customer Support!

  • I’ve long been impressed with the user-friendliness and robust features packed into Happyforms. There isn’t any compromising anywhere with it. Recently, I had some issues with my forms interface, and not one, but three members of the Happyforms team were in touch with me and quick to help me fix an issue with jquery no longer deferring (largely unrelated to Happyforms, but an issue that they went to bat for with my ineptitude and that helped to make the plugin work after I broke something!), and they helped big time with trouble-shooting another issue and helped me better understand SMTP and how to guarantee that my form users would receive a confirmation email. I’m so grateful. The product was great and the dedicated help of the Happyforms team is unmatched. Will be a long-time client.

    As an indie team, it seemed like a wild idea to even bother making a form plugin. It meant going up against the biggest companies in WordPress. But your comments are exactly the reason we did.
