• I had trouble getting Tabby Responsive Tabs to function on my site at first. The plugin developer took me through a multitude of steps to figure out why and he quickly ascertained that the way my root directory and theme were set up were blocking the plugin from functioning correctly. We had problems with other plugins, so this made sense. He gave me advice on how to solve the problem, which we followed. Re-doing the root directory and installing a new theme not only solved the problem with Tabby, it solved a bunch of other problems we were having on our website, as well. The developer was VERY quick to respond, kept researching and checking into solutions, and kept working with me until we figured it all out.
