Super Fast, Helpful Chat Support

I was having an issue with the plugin which actually turned out to be something on my Mailchimp account end, nothing wrong with the plugin. Chat support answered my inquiry immediately (have never experienced that before!) and was very helpful in assisting me with my issue.
Definitely a recommended product and service, especially considering they offer it for free.
