  • I tried this on one of my client’s site. This gives a bonus chance for the shop owners to try to woo your customers when they are away from the store… ?? Customers dropping off after a marketing campaign is a common scenario. This can hit the bull’s eye with a personalised follow-up email for each dropped customer. And the best part, it’s automated.

    Another good thing I liked about it is the ability to edit the email template; a starter template is preset for you to get started. It allows you to edit using HTML and default WooCommerce variables like {{customer.fullname}}, which makes the email personalised.
