Super custom validation – Can this be done

I’m trying to get contact form 7, and split it across a whole page, and have it almost like a questionnaire.

I want to have the first field pop up, say “Describe your feet” then have a text area for such a response.

Then i’m going to have a large “NEXT” button under it so it can zoom over to the next field to be filled in.

However, i want to know if i can do validation on just one field per button.

So each next button would target just the field assigned to it. Then when you get to the end & press submit, it shouldn’t need to check for all the validations because the little buttons helped along the way, so it wouldn’t need to zoom back to the naughty field.

Can this be done?
