Super cache not working with MAXCDN

    Hi guys,

    I just signed up to MAX CDN and could no longer use Super Cache when I setup my cdn. The issue I am experiencing is the following:
    – As soon as the cdn caching option is enabled, the url rewriting doesn’t work.

    Any suggestions or fixes please? Seems like this might be some sort of bug?
