Super cache dont let users coment

  • Hi there,

    Some times I have to clear the cache because some users say they cant comment. Every time they click on submit, the site redirect to /wp-comments-post.php and the comment is not published. When I clear the cache everything goes back to normal.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @orbis1,

    I didn’t see similar issues. It works in my installations even if manually approving is disabled. Do you have additional caching layers as CDN (cloudflare,…) or reverse proxy (varnish,…)? It’s possible that CDN keeps older version because cache isn’t expired.

    Could you provide more details? It’s helpful to enable debugging into WPSC setting and see what’s happening in the debug log.
