Super buggy with poor support

  • Paid for premium support and was removed from accessing it. The plugin itself was super buggy and didn’t work as advertised. Customers wouldn’t receive downloads, add ons didn’t work. Child theme support was horrible. User experience on checkout was horrible.

    Do yourself a favor. Purchase a reliable e-commerce solution such as woo commerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Those plugins are much more reliable and not as time consuming i.e. time wasting.

    BTW, I am disregarding any deflective responses by the theme author as that is the usual response.

    Sorry it didn’t work out for you. Do you have a ticket # for your support request? I’d like to personally look into whatever issues you experienced. I’m not seeing any outstanding bugs reported by users in our system.

    We do have LIVE CHAT enabled on the dashboard, and we would’ve helped you out.
