Super basic generic counter, anyone?

I’ve searched through dozens of pages of plugins, seeking a very basic number counter plugin that would allow me to Count Up from a defined number, and increment Linearly every second (or minute, hour, day, etc.).

For example, I would define the start number as 1,000,000. Then each day, it would increase, say 24,000.

So if a visitor visits at 8:00am on the first day, they would see 1,008,000.

Does anyone know of a plugin out there that does this?
