Super admin menu doesn’t appear

    Hi,
    I installed the plugin, at step 4 I see:
    “As a “super admin”, visit Super Admin->Domain Mapping to create the domain mapping database table and set the server IP address or a domain to point CNAME records at.”

    But “Super Admin” isn’t in the menu.

    Can you help me?
