Super Admin Blocked

Hi!

I have a mulisite network and wanted to hide menu items from site admins. I just re-logged in and all the items are now hidden for me (Super Admin) as well.

I tried to manuaaly reach the adminimize settings at https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=adminimize.php but it shows the following error message.

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Please help on urgent basis.
