Super Admin Account

  • Hi
    Bluehost hosts my site (https://golfhelp.golf) and I use Elementor Pro.
    I have 2 admin accounts … I have a temp one (tadmin) which I allocate to plugin support when needed.
    I now notice that this account has ‘super admin’ status and my other main admin account doesn’t.
    Also, I cannot force logout the tadmin account (attached to IP address: 137.118.156.23).

    How did this happen and how can I change it?

    SuperAdministrator is a role for MultiSite. Is your WordPress a multisite or has been switched to ?
