I am fairly new to this, so bare with me. I searched up forums for this topic but found none. Anyways, I am the owner of my website. I was searching up on youtube how to change my header logo for my website and not have the default newspaper one. I noticed I do not have the full capabilities that I thought I had. Under the appearances section there should be theme options etc, should there not? That is when I noticed I was not super admin. Its kind of frustrating how there is not an actual wordpress support like for calling or even emailing. I just hope I actually get heard on this forum. Thank you and sorry in advance for not being knowledgeable. Everyone starts somewhere haha

Super Admin is a role only available in multisite networks, which the site you listed is not, so Administrator is the highest possible role in the case of your site.
Under the appearances section there should be theme options etc, should there not?
Only if the theme developer has offered that. You might also find header options under Appearance > Header, or Appearance > Customize. Where that option appears, or even if it appears, is entirely up to the theme’s developer, not WordPress itself.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
