Sunny Blue Sky – how to change footer

Hi,

I’m working on a site for a friend. She wants to put a disclaimer on the bottom of the page. I tried putting it in the quotation section of the page, but it won’t keep the proper spacing. i.e.

It should look:
Something

Like:
This

Instead its shows this way

It should look: Something Like: This

Ideally, it should be on the page just under Post Comment. How can I make this happen?
