SUNDANCE – header /post title support

hi, I’m trying to figure out how to change the header and post tile from showing up in the same style – i cant get rid of that orange block (that i put up on my header) from the title of the individual post. I want to be able to customise my post title individually – also the orange block appears on the MENU title in mobile version, which i also want to change.
I see options of “header 1” “header 2” etc in customisable options but i cant figure out how to access these different headers when it comes down to it…Posted this on sundance forum but doesnt seem to be any activity over there so trying here… thanks.
