SUNDANCE fb/ twitter share buttons on bottom of posts

hi i have another q related to sundance theme – i have activated twitter and fb share buttons on the bottom of my posts (cant remember how i did it but did it somewhere) …however these buttons only show up when i go to the posts individual page and not on the home page. how do i fix this? thanks
