SumoMe not working with a more than 3 paragraphs in a widget

    I’m experiencing a very odd issue with SumoMe. When I add a text widget to my WordPress blog that contains 2 paragraphs, like the following:

    <p>test</p>
  <p>test</p>

    everything works correctly. As soon as I add a 3rd paragraph to the widget, everything stops working. The social buttons disappear and the scroll widget stops working, for example.

    My thinking is could this be some heuristic SumoMe uses to detect a ‘content region’ of the page? Do I need to use any markup to indicate the content region?

    Okay, it looks like adding role=”main” to my blog resolved this issue. I think this should have been documented somewhere or raised a warning log.
