SumoMe is not working

Hello.
I’ve created an account, pasted the header code, installed and activated the plugin and got the button with the “connect sumo” or something text on.
The problem is that clicking this button does absolutely nothing.
Another problem is the little sumo slide out icon on the right side which prevents me from accessing some of my CP features (I’m using a Hebrew back-end which makes the CP RTL…)
But the most annoying problems is that you help page is blank, and there’s absolutely no way to contact you on your website …
Any ideas/comments/solutions ?
