summitting my site to bing

To submit your site a serach engine, you don’t need to make changes to youre theme…

You can add your site manually (e.g. bing)
https://ssl.bing.com/webmaster/SubmitSitePage.aspx

Or you can install a plugin for submitting your sites automatically to search engines…. (recommend solution)

I did go to the first one and you have to sign up with windows live Id
where you have to verify your site by either copy and pasting a code into your default webpage,and I did know how to do that.

or by placing an xml file on your webserver.Why cant this be easy

I do have the BWP google xml sitemap plugin installed
