Summed up gross values per tax rate

    thanks for this nice plugin. Due to Austrian tax and invoicing regulations we want to ask you to do as a big favor.

    We would need the summed up gross values per tax class on the invoice.

    For example:

    Product 1: EUR 10 +10 % Tax = EUR 11
    Product 2: EUR 20 +10 % Tax = EUR 22
    Product 3: EUR 15 +20 % Tax = EUR 18
    Total: EUR 51

    Tax: 10% = EUR 3 out of EUR 33
    20$ = EUR 3 out of EUR 18

    or something similar to this example. Your invoice is already perfect with the tax rates and columns we would just need the summed up gross values per tax rate additionally.

    Correct me if I’m wrong, but this should be working in the latest version. How did you setup your tax rates?

    Hi,

    I’ve two different tax rates, one with 10% (Standard) and one with 20%. The taxes are shown fine on the invoice and also the total tax amounts are perfect. But I would need the total gross amounts per tax rate additionally.

    This could mean one additional check box in the plugin like: “Show total gross amounts per tax rate”. It is only important to have the sum of the gross amounts per tax class on the invoice that we do not have to calculate this sums by ourselves on every invoice.

    It would be also possible to show in the tax (total) line on the invoice:

    Tax (10%) from gross amount 100 EUR = 9,10 EUR
    Tax (20%) from gross amount 100 EUR = 16,67 EUR

    I hope I could explain what we Need ??

    I know it has been a while ago, but can you tell me if you got it to work? I will try to find the time to implement this option.

    Dear Bas,

    order number is now working. The summed up values don’t. we are doing it manually. It would be really nice to have this sums on the invoice as additional Information.

    Furthermore I have another question. The black Background of the total invoice sum Looks quite nice but is very colour consuming when you print the invoice.

    Is there a Chance to Change it to a White Background?

    Can you send me your implementation for total gross amounts per tax? I will take a look at it and try to add it to the next update.

    You can change the black backround to white color in settings. You then need to make the font of the amount another color then white in style.css file in order to see it.

    .total-amount, .total-amount h1 {
    color: black;
}

    Keep in mind that you will lose the changes after update if you don’t make a custom template. See FAQ.
