    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
    As these are the English-language support forums, I’ll reply in English, I hope that’s ok. That way, more people can benefit from the solution.

    Now, firstly, you should no longer use WP-Table Reloaded (as you posted in its support forums, I suppose that you do), as it is outdated and no longer in development. Instead, you should switch to its official replacement TablePress, which is much better.     Then, with TablePress, something like this is indeed possible, as TablePress does support mathematical formulas in its table cells. For details, please see https://tablepress.org/tablepress-features-formulas/
    For example, you could use something like

    =SUM( A3:F3 )

    for the sum of the first six cells in row 3.
