Summary box not showing in reviews

Hi, I installed the plugin and enabled the shortcodes.
I also enabled Q&A section.
I inserted [ cusrev_reviews ] into my product template.
I expected to see the reviews summary box and rating, like in your screenshots but instead I only see the default woocommerce reviews section.

Would appreciate any help with this.
