Summary box at bottom of page

As others have posted and not shown in the FAQs, there is a summary box at the bottom of my posts. How can this be deactivated.? There should be a simple box to check to remove this as the purpose is for google and not for extra page content.

If anyone has found a way to fix this please let me know.
