Summary Bar Not Displaying Correctly (Shortcode)

    Hi,

    I am trying to use the summary bar as part of the shortcode function. However when I use it, it is not displayed properly in the “bar” format as shown on the plugins page?

    Here is what I am seeing when I shortcode the summary bar:

    Yet it is advertised as this?

    My shortcode is as follows:
    [cusrev_all_reviews sort="DESC" number="-1" show_summary_bar="true" show_pictures="false" show_products="false" products="1392"]

    How can I get the summary bar to display (with the bars) as advertised on the plugin page?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Can you please try to activate one of the official WordPress or WooCommerce themes and see if this fixes the issue with the summary bar?

    Thanks for your reply. I am already using an official WooCommerce theme (StoreFront).

    The issue is still persisting.

    OK. Can you please then share URL of the page with the issue?

    @ivole Sure, it’s: https://proteinandpantry.com/shopnew

    To see the summary bar, you have to click on the product: NATURAL PROTEIN PORRIDGE which will open a quick view product.

    Scroll down and you will see the issue of the bars not displaying. This is where I have added the shortcode mentioned above.

    Thanks for sharing URL.

    The problem is due to the fact that reviews are shown not on a dedicated product page but inside a generic page with a grid of all products. To improve page load speed, our plugin loads CSS with styles to render the reviews summary bars only on individual product pages.

    If you would like to show the summary bar on a non single product page, please ask your theme developer to add frontend.css to that page.

    Another comment not directly related to reviews is that it is not the best SEO practice to not have individual product pages (the way your website is currently set up).
