Sumbit resume without account

Hello,
we are facing an issue, where we want to give our users an opportunity to submit resumes without a WordPress account.
Submitting listings requires an account field is unchecked, and Enable Forced Front End Login is unchecked.
Any idea what we should look after to let people submit resumes without an account – we would love to use – Allow account creation – so the system would generate an account for them.

There is no built-in reason that users have to have WordPress accounts; however, it’s not possible to submit resumes with the core WPJM plugin. The only methods for applying for jobs is via email or 3rd party website:

You can either customize the existing process (which is outside our scope of support) or use something like the Resume Manager addon:
