• I run a magazine (print, available nationwide) and we’re developing a website to enhance our brand. It used WordPress and the design is great. We’re an automotive magazine so we have tons of photo to share from events etc.

We’re looking for a photo gallery plugin or external gallery software that is hopefully open source, that we can use to display photos. It needs to be simple, not flash, and manage albums (Toyota galleries, Ford galleries etc) and individual galleries (batches of pics from one shoot)… basically we want it to display 3 or 4 photos across, 4 rows, paginated for more pages and popup a larger version of the photo when you click it. Any ideas?

Anyone ever used Plogger? Does it integrate well within a WordPress Page?

I tried plogger a while back and here are my notes:
plogger: nice, because you can have groups within groups. But thumbnail captions highly truncated. Actual installation produced a bunch of “bugs.”

There might be a newer version that addresses these issues. I’m looking for a gallery plugin and not having much success with Google.
