You can either do that by doing a table or stack of <div>’s in the page content.

Or you can do it the “tricky” way of creating a new taxonomy, and setting up a template for that taxonomy listing to display the items like that.

At the moment I just have a boring overflow:scroll; box going on, but would appreciate any more suggestions on how to create something like the jpg above!
