Suggestions on how I can achieve this?

I want to set up a image Rollover utilizing custom fields in WP. For example, one field value is the regular image and another value is the :hover image. Something would look like this:

Of course there’s a litte js in that but that’s not entirely important. Any idea or examples of WP sites that have pulled it off?
