• Hi everyone,

I work for a wholesale company and our website is super outdated. I’d like to install wordpress and modernize the company. You can see the website here:

    https://www.fortuneproducts.com

Our company is a wholesale company, which means we don’t sell directly to the public. Rather, we sell to party and event planners and they in-turn sell to the public. I want to create a website that has the look and feel of a store, but with no actual checkout/purchasing ability. So more like an online catalog. I like what this site has done:

    https://www.save-on-crafts.com/

…but I don’t think they’re using wordpress. Do any of you have any ideas? I’ve searched and searched but anything resembling a store IS a store. I know that I can disable the store itself but a lot of times the “checkout” or “shopping cart” logo is static.

    Thanks so much,

    Kelsey

  • Hi HappyFhantum

I recommend creating a WordPress site and add a membership system which you provide members certain levels of access that grant them access to certain areas of the web site, for example, access to your wholesale products, a blog, or that will sign them up to a newsletter membership and receive monthly newsletters.

Please let me know if I can assist in any way.

    Thank you,

    Pete
