Suggestions for 'Read More' plugin

Hi all, I’ve been looking for a plugin that would make the “Read More” jump a little easier on the eyes. I’ve tried plugins like Read More Right Here and Sliding Read More, but they’re not really doing it for me. Any suggestions? Maybe something like what’s used in this website:
