Suggestions

I’ve never written a plugin so it is possible that some of the following may be impossible or difficult. All of the following are minor, in my opinion.
- Support Jetpack’s publicize feature. I added support myself by modifing flexible-faq.php using the instructions on Jetpack.
- “Category” taxonomy
- Personally, I think it would be helpful if the name were not the same as the built-in taxonomy “Category”. In some places, like Admin/Appearance/Menus, it is a little confusing to see “Category” listed twice.
- Some people might want the ability to use the built-in Category taxonomy. Media Library Assistant does this, for better or for worse.
- Support for the built-in tag taxonomy. I would love to be have the tag dialogue box on the FAQ edit screen and have FAQ custom post types returned on the same tag archive page as regular posts. I spent an hour trying to add this earlier, but got frustrated and gave up. I’m not skilled enough yet!
- Support for “Featured Image” and all of the thumbnail functions. There are many uses for this. An extreme example is that I can imagine a day when I use thumbnails for all is_archive() pages. I already use it for one category on my site.
- Excerpt support, for sure. On faq-category pages, a manual excerpt would be excellent (as would the the thumbnail, above). Compare the faq-category with my normal category.
- Comments support. I am ambivalent about this, and I currently have comments disabled site-wide, so I don’t have plans to implement this, but it is somewhat logical to a Q and A area (comments) on a Q and A page.
- Author support. I am a single author site, so I won’t need this, but I have seen websites where FAQs are ties to specific authors.
