    Yes, me again ??

Something else I found when testing the allow people to add to the directory – maybe it would be better to allow people to add if they were logged in or that option?

Anyway, as I have so many dirs I could not work out which one was added to (although I did know as I was doing it for testing purposes) so maybe on the page to see the new name added, also have the dir name?

I could not find in the admin where to find the submissions – only by clicking the URL in the email – although not being able to find it may reflect me not looking properly *LOL* When I clicked on the EDIT on the one that needed approval it took me to the list of directories and not to the record. Yep – back to that long list again!

    Hi @ahau,

thanks for this submission (and for creating a seperate topic). I have made this option with few directories and names where I tested. I understand your point and I’ll try to see if I can make this more friendly.

Just above all the names in a directory-page in the admin you can filter on ‘unpublished’. There you can see all the names that were not published yet.

At least I will add the name of the directory in the e-mail, and I’ll try to include this URL where you’ll only see the unpublished names of the directory something is added to.

    Would that suffice?

    Of course ??

At the moment I am not using it though, and a user has already asked how to add a directory as they have added alot of lists in the past so I told them about the CSV file and put a copy in the forum so they can use it then upload into the forum and I will be able to pull it and then do it.

So that is my work around, as most of my users have long lists to add and not one name at a time *LOL*
