Suggestion to function: “Disable All Features”

When enabling under “Debug Settings” the function “Disable all Features” it shows this message: “The setting Disable All Features is currently enabled. Click here to change.”.
This Message was only showed inside the Litespeed Plugin. For my side i forgot to disable it after testing some things. It should be better to show this message on the whole WordPress Dashboard.
