Suggestion to clarify core update notification setting

Great plugin. I can sleep better now.

The UI contains one sentence that is a bit hard to understand:

By default wordpress sends an email when a core update happend, here you can disable it.

I suggest to rephrase like this:
By default wordpress sends an email when a core update happend. Uncheck this box to disable these emails.
