    Hi,
    That’s a terrific idea. I can do the total discount applied to the order – as cart discounts are on-the-fly, hard to do product cart discounts in advance. What format would you want to see for the total discount output?

    Probably just a string representation of the amount, with the currency symbol included. Someone editing a theme can then place it wherever they like – in a table, a message box, etc.
