Suggestion: replace sync with im/export

WP Help is a great plugin, but I think you need to seriously look at the sync “tool”.
First of all local to local doesn’t work, second live to local works, but only pulls in less than half of the contents of the documents. Also this sync tool adjust internal URLs to the domain, which imo has nothing to do with syncing.
I have written my help documents in such a way that I should be able to use them on all of my clients’ sites.
Perhaps it is an idea to replace the not working sync tool with an XML export/import, I think that would make people much happier!
