• The element .updraft-ad-container has the .updated class, but the correct would be .notice .notice-success.

Why am I worrying about it?

I use a snippet to hide many notices and ads from admin panel, but I have a “allowed list” that contains .update-message, .updated, [id="message"] etc (important native notices). So, your ad notice is bypassing my snippet because of the irregular use of that .updated class.

I know I can just dismiss the ads, but it’s still annoying because there are several ads.

Please fix it or let me know if I can make a pull request in some repository. Thanks!

  • Hello,

I have asked the development team about this and will update you again shortly.

    Hi,

Thank you for giving us insight into the details. The development team will discuss about implementing the CSS classes you suggested. However, in the meantime, if one of your intentions is to hide UpdraftPlus ads, would it not be possible for you to hide the elements that use updraft-ad-container class?, that’s the only thing we could suggest at the moment.

    Regards,
    Anthon
